Anne Bishop's new book

I am very excited that a new book by favorite author, Anne Bishop, was published this month.  Her Black Jewels Trilogy is my favorite.  But the Ephemera series that the new book is part of is great too.  I'm going back and re-reading the first two books in that series since it's been a while since I read them (Sebastian and Belladonna).  Excerpt from Sebastian:
