Smithsonian Folklife Festival

Last weekend a friend from Tampa visited and we went downtown to the Smithsonian Folklife Festival!  It was loads of fun, although very hot!  The festival has changed from what I remember back in 2008.  Before, there were 3 themes, a company, a state, and a county.  In 2008, the company was NASA, the state was Texas, and the country was Bhutan.  This year, the themes are China and Kenya.  Don't get me wrong, the festival was still loads of fun, but I like the old format better.
